The buyer has the right to return the product if one of the following occurred:

  • The product is incompatible with what was originally requested.
  • The product does not match the order display image.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

The return request is sent by the buyer, Noua application management will review the request and take a decision in order to do one of the following:

  • Considering the possibility of making a replacement for the product.
  • Complete the return process.
  • Reject the return process.

In the event that the return request is approved, the seller will bear the costs of return and replacement in this case and the additional dispatch.

It is also possible to raise a request to replace the product for any reason within three days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been used. Noua management will address the seller and after the seller’s approval, the replacement process will be completed.

It is required to replace the product with its original packaging and papers, in which case the shipping costs will be on the buyer.

If the seller does not agree, the buyer cannot replace the product.

Food, beverages, underwear or masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
